How to Build Your Life So You Don't Have to Wait

A family member of mine, she was about to retire in a year and she was diagnosed with some form of cancer. And I see a lot of people who do that where they're waiting for their retirement to enjoy life. What can you do today to have an impact on even if you don't care about other people on your own life so you can have the life that you want later on?
