How to Breathe in the Abdominal Muscle

Focus on the breath at the tip of the nose or the breath in the abdomen. There is an art of staying with strong attention to the breath and still staying relaxed. Let the awareness rest ride with the breath as if you were surfing, you were riding a wave. Just stay intimately connected with the breathing in, breathing out, or the rising and the falling of the breath each time a thought or a sensation arises. And then, in a gentle way, return the awareness to the breath.
