How Much Should an iPhone 27 Cost?
CNN's John Defterios talks with Eric Liu about the process for buying military equipment. He says there are a number of colloquialisms that go into it, including "early to need" and "late to need" The Pentagon decides how much something should cost based on its value or need before deciding what kind of equipment is needed. It can also take years in some cases as programs get upgraded but don't always meet requirements.
