"I grew up in a house with five kids total chaos of course my parents are great but it's kids chaos, and I decided that the best way to survive this was to disappear. So long before I went to Pixar, this survival instinct of disappear disappear would rise up in me," he says. "It has taken me lots of times of doing this for that part of me to believe I won't die."
