Criminal Justice - Is There a Catch and Release Aspect?
Mr. Warroa, among other things was charged with discharging a firearm at two individuals. That's the guy he hit in the stomach and then the man he meant to hit when his bullet went astray. But I think the sentence for that, those charges on their own would be 14 years. The designation of dangerous offender is only given to the most violent criminals and sexual predators.
