The Dip: How to Deal With a Tendency

Sometimes it's hard to tell is that just what I'm going through right now or am I in a situation where I'm really not actually using the gifts that God has given to me because I'm all tied up in office politics at the tech company. Sometimes you have to spend some time consciously thinking about it and praying about it. And one of the things I've found with a lot of people is they actually, and this was true for me, saying, I need to make this decision. Your mind just doesn't know it yet, but you've made this decision and you know what to do.
