Building Trust

It doubled in the last year, from around five to 50. How do you find the members? Do they apply to join? Are you seeking them out and inviting them? That's something that we're continuing to evolve. The idea being that we need fresh perspectives. We don't want to create thes sense of there's this pow cabal that's controlling what's happening unread it. It also created another path for these folks, as they reach the end of their tenure, or folks who even part of the council, to become contract employees for redit.
