Let's Focus on Tasks and Objectives

As managers, which is a term that she really rebelled against, let's get the people who are responsible for getting other people to do things focus on tasks and objectives. As leaders in in the corporation, i think it was a, it was a secil then we talked to who said, it's not about managing people. It's about managing tasks. We can work on controlling tasks, but let's not try to control the people. And this goes for everything as well, it sometimes that, you know, part of the role as a parent is to teach and to instil values that you think are going to be beneficial for somebody long term.
