Before you go to bed, i intend telling your subconscious we're setting an intention. To day, i am living on my highest time line. Sets a time frame to day, sets it in the ive affirmative and then tries to get back into that drifty state before thoughts kick in. The other thing that you could combine this with is our what if up. When there's a challenging circumstance that just hits you, oh, you just focus back,. What if? What if this worked out? I don't see any way out of this, but what if up?
