The Importance of Self-Awareness

The number one thing is to make sure that people feel included and psychologically safe and valued. If you have a coach, take this, all of these questions to coaching. Many also offer some really useful coaching questions. What was the last thing you did with the intention of helping your employees feel a sense of belonging? Do you think it's funny to make fun of people? Those are the kinds of questions to test to see if you yourself are exhibiting some bullying behavior.
