Sex scandals still have so much social and political power. Why are we as the public so drawn in by them? Well, because they involve sex. But I suspect that their political power just isn't in general as enduring as it used to be. That's really because of how the media now works. If your agri-pina story gets written about you, nobody else writes a story about you.
