Can You Get an Abortion in Kansas Up to 22 Weeks?

In 20 19, kansas supreme court basically said there's a right to an abortion in the kansas constitution. And this referendum was base to overrule that and give ye a legislature free grant. It does not mean cur does have some restrictions. But with kind of the big jerconian stuff, that supreme court ruling will still protect it.
