The Factors Convincing to Democracy
Small scale is conducive to democracy. If the people can just pack up and leave if they don't like the rulers, that's conducive todemocracy. Once rulers get to start collecting revenue, then when it's easier for rulers to know what people are producing and what they can get,. That made them less dependent upon obtaining information from people about what they what they could produce. So I think those are those are all factors.
