Stakeholder capitalism is an idea that the only social responsibility of a corporation is to maximis shareholder value. But it's also anti state, and there are two ways in which this can be interpreted. The first version sees corporations as chartered arms of the state with responsibilities for more than just profit. And the second one says they're independent individuals who don't need any kind of hierarchical co-ordination or involvement from the state.
