There's some negative stereotypes across generations. And then you have the positive ones like hardworking and you know team player all of that stuff So I think just getting to know people as individuals and not as labels Yes, and it's also part of our organizations to offer those resources to employees and to people managers too Whether it's like the training workshops Or opportunities to partner You know with each other in actual projects and getting the work done. That's that's where it's really impactful and fun Yeah, and I know Allison mentioned mentoring too I've seen mentoring and there's like reverse mentoring too where a younger employee can help mentor an older employee as well It could go both ways
