Action Without Vision Is a Day Dream

A lot of organizations are trying to figure out what is the action that we want to take, how does it fit together? And so we do need to slow down just a little bit to make sure that we get it right, but not to miss the moment. Follow the science at the highest level and don't change everything you're doing without thinking about whether or not there's an impact on your organization. Act baldly. Riht, listen, unite.
