Antibody Assays for Coronovarus Infections
Cross the activity between other coronoverouses had already been described. This is a phenomenon when one coronovarus induces an antibody response that then reacts with another coronoverus. It's relatively unknown whether exposure to one coronovares will protect you against re infection with the same coronovaros, let alone with a more distant coronovaros. But we have run a number of assays in the las where we can block infection of selves with e nikoronovars using antibodies from previous coronovarus infections. So they are doing something, at least on the laboratory bench.
