The commitment to the process of overcoming self deception and affording self transcendence in a deep way, is being lost. When people really focus on the products of their cognition, and they they don't value or pay attention to the processing, that's the hall mark of irrationality. And think about how this is even o ramifying into our political discourse. What matters is me winning. Dbunking, trushing, demolishing you, and then taking all the marbles of attention, right and power and wealth to me. Yes, i think, i think that's it.
