How to Communicate to Industry Technical Standards
The government can't afford to be locked in, but it benefits both sides. I think that's a really important part of what we need to do to set up this digital ecosystem is govern basically through the standards. We want to work with them to do that, but they look to us to specify those interfaces. And then there's some assurance that if they build to them, we won’t run into problems down the road that the solution won't be integrated.
