How Do You Take Care of Your Mental Health?
Research suggests when you take care of yourself mentally and emotionally, you not only have a better subjective experience, but also are so much better at it. So that's the real challenge with most f us, is that we practize everyone else, or we pratize our work over taking care of ourselves. But if we can remember that by pritizing our health, mental health and spiritual health and relational health, and even physical health first and foremost, that it'll lead to better, more successful outcomes and greater productivity than we can lean in more easily to the south care just to keep our sort of lives moving along.
