The Importance of Listening

I love a gossip, in this is about me. I also think that that is part of the balance between going for drinks and making connections with people in the workplace. Impossible to do that without getting involved in gossip. But then, be really careful about it, because then you don't know these sorts... We just don't know how people are going to use what you've said. So, number one rule. If people want to gossip about you, just mostly be, like, mostly the listening part of it. It's very valuable. And, build bonds.
