- Restructuring your water doesn’t have to be expensive - you can do it with a few simple steps at home with things you already have. A few easy ways include adding sea salt to the water. As a result, the water's molecular structure can be altered or organized in a way that enhances its properties. The same can be said about stirring your water with a spoon; this movement helps recharge your water at the frequency your body needs. Lastly, speaking to your water before you drink it also helps alter the water’s frequency so that it is coherent with what your body needs.
- Water may be clear, but it’s so much more than its chemistry - Its frequency profile has to be coherent with your body for it to properly benefit you. To learn if the water you are drinking resonates with you and your body, pause and acknowledge how the water you ingested is making you feel right after you drink it. Does it make you feel thirsty? Does it make you feel hydrated? Does it make you feel happy? If you don’t feel hydrated after drinking water, then the frequency of the water you are drinking is not coherent with what your body needs at that moment.
- Water, food, information, conversations, environments, and sleep are only a few things among the nine pillars of health that we tend to forget about in today’s modern society. These are simple, basic pillars we can easily take control of and optimize. Making small changes to your daily habits could be the key to upgrading your vitality.
