How to Maximize Your Fast While Working Out in the Am

Brian and Sarah, how do you maximize your fast while working out in the am that is do I need to refuel within 30 to 60 minutes of exercise. The timing of your post workout meal is almost irrelevant as long as you're eating within 24 hours of that exercise. When she does eat her next meal should have protein in it and a minimum of 20 grams. It's really independent of that time, you know that proximity dependent feeding pattern.
