The first section was about bows, fears of the world. I feel like this was more his fears of his of like domestic life and family life. He doesn't explicitly have a sibling or had a sibling growing up. There's something going on with the family where they're taking care of like bow and this other guy, but they're completely neglecting their daughter and their son who has died somehow. It's a very bizarre situation.
