Renewable energy policies have come to be associated with increases in cost of living because we haven't done this right, says Emma Watson. She argues that a new green deal at its best will do that and is much more fairer than the current ones. But she adds: 'We are not at point in human history where people are going to accept that respond to the climate crisis means that this can just be one more burden on already overburdened lives'
