How to Delete an Event Stream After a Month?

The idea was that I would keep all of the events for about a month or so long enough that any downstream systems could be able to access them. After a month, what is the use of it being there? We still do have all of the stuff which says on the sender side, we keep track of the fact that I shared something with this other user. Maybe the event is no longer in there, but I do have the record that I shared it with them. So I can say, now delete this. When they say to remove it, you need to remove it as far as you can legally. There's still some tax purposes, no-you're consumer reporting things that there
