Judge traverso suddenly intervened and stated that shreen's sexuality was irrelevant to the murder charge as he had already addressed the matter in his opening statement. She banned the prosecution from presenting their next witness, german sex worker leopold eliza, who had intended to testify about his sexual encounters with shreen. The prosecution then called annie's cousin, snayer to the stand, although judge traverso deemed most of her planned testimony to be inadmissible.
