Do You Have a Passion for Organizational Psychology?

i think i'm there's an element there of im ogsikes also needing to be able to speak the same language as the executive. And actually being able to explain in language that they'll understand why these things are important and why we should be spending money on them. Just as we have a passion for organizational psychology or work place health and safety, i think we also havea passion for the industry that we work in as well. That s to almost be equal to our professional passion.
