The Importance of Functional Programming

I think that people think a functional programming and it's could be very daunting concept. Most data engineers are maybe didn't start their career or, you know, maybe they're a little behind on date on functional aspects. If you have pure functions, you have very readable tests. And I'm referencing some of the points that you made on a talk and I can post that in the show notes as well.
