We Can't Make It Happen, Right?

The House Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing on whether or not to indict Donald Trump. If the GOP takes control of Congress in November, they will be able to continue pushing for an indictment. The committee has put information out into the world that the Department of Justice did not know before today's hearing. But if Merrick Garland were to decide not to indict Trump for all the various crimes, that's something that he will have to answer for in the history books like that. And then we found out that the Supreme Court denied Trump's appeal over the Mar-a-Lago documents.
