Intigration - What Are the Challenges?
Common challenges in this phase are avoiding burnout, stake holder aliment and silos of work streams. We have a gogle calendar for the integration programme, and everyone can see it. The airr we haven't tackled really well is burnt out. So we've had to work a lot on things like slack etiquette,. manage calendars effectively, manage schedules effectively.
