A lot of my athletes feel pretty guilty and and can misconstrue that as laziness, when in fact, in a lot of cases, they really need it. There might be a lot of stress in life. And you've got a factor in all the things going on in your life, not just the amount of time tat you're out running. I'm oing to push back on that scot war, and i going to say, maybe you do need to sleep for an extra hour. Maybe your body is saying, and i need rest to the degree of just laying horizontal to push against your your comet. But we've got to really trust ourselves and look at the
