Introduction

Exodus is the event that is referred back to more than any other event in the Torah as the biblical story moves forward. If you want to understand Jesus, you have to understand Exodus because it served as the supercharged backstory for all of his actions. We are going to work our way scene by scene through the Exodus story, not leaving a single syllable of every verse unturned.
