How to Advance a Friendship

To take a friendship, there has to be this sort of agreed upon foundation. The third one is the issue at hand, an actual issue. People are people and we all have our weaknesses and faults that impinge on others. If you don't have the guts to talk to somebody to their face, then don't talk to them at all.
