Serena: About 40% of our LPs are women and people of color. It was super important to us in something we spent a lot of time on. In VC, winning is, you know, 20%. Couple companies get a big win and it returns the fund. I'm used to just really having everything have success and I understand that usually when you're investing so early stage as we are with pre-seed and seed, you don't get 100% winners. But for me, it's still about, okay, we still want to have as many winners as possible.
