Many companies get to a certain size and then they realize, okay, I've done self-serve, that's worked really well. Now in order to go from one or two or three million to take the next step up and gross, I need probably need to build out a sales organization. And if you're not continuously adding new, either products or growth channels or niches you'll into, your company will sort of stagnate and decay over time.
