The Reverse Causality Argument for High LDL
The reverse causality argument really completely fails because it's not looking one year after someone's had a blood test, which actually does happen. The people with high LDL are living in their 80s and 90s and even 100. We're going to hear that today that the people 100 year old have the highest LDL of those measured. It doesn't make sense to think of this as causing heart disease. A toxic environment has to do with smoking and high blood pressure.
