The crazy thing is the difference between losing a few kilos and totally transforming your body isn’t actually much in terms of action. It’s just dialling in a few things to unlock what could be an entirely new experience of life. If you have weight loss goals in 2025, don’t just lose a bit of it, push yourself to your extreme. The person you have to become in order to get shredded will change your perspective on life forever.
