How to Use Hemp Oil in Smoothies

Hemp is a great source of amino acids as well. It's got 20 of the essential amino acids in it including 10 that the body can't produce itself. The seed, I always recommend with hemp seeds or flax seeds even though if you eat them raw you're getting a lot of the fiber effect. If you did want to use the hemp seeds for example my wife makes a quinoa salad and she basically just mixes up quinoa with vegetables like fresh chopped parsley and carrots.
