The Importance of Moderation
Stephanie: I feel like going damp is just called responsible drinking, but very few of us who grew up in the 80s and 90s learned about it. In all the Just Say No and Dare programs, schools gave us all the information on hard drugs, but not on the one substance most of us will encounter alcohol. Right. Moderation has been a thing before going damp, but like I'm always here for a good rebrand.
