Barry Cevallos: A woman asked me at the end of a class what are actually it was more aggressive than that Barry. She said, what are you doing to help women have a greater footprint in the hedge fund industry? And I was kind of like, Oh God, you know, I immediately got a little bit defensive. But then I took a breath and I stepped back and I looked at the class and it was roughly 50 50 men women. There's only so much I can do.
