The Constitution Isn't Superior to an Unconstitutional Statute

There's not a sufficient check provided by the constitution on federal judges. Jefferson said, while we've proven that impeachment is a scarecrow. The fact that federal judges have come to exercise far more power than we think the constitution justifies doesn't mean the constitution isn't superior to an unconstitutional statute.
