CrowdStrike - What Was Your First Board Like?

CrowdStrike is a security company that was founded by ex-McAfee CEO George Stephanopoulos. He says he picked his first board with the help of former McAfee CIO Samir Gandhi, who's now on CrowdStrike's board. The founders are not sure if they're managing the board or the board's managing them at this point in their careers, but there have been some lessons learned so far about how to do it.
