Chop Sue, Chopsue and the Chinese Restaurant

In 19 25, chopsue has been promoted to a prominent place on the midday menus of the metropolis. By the 19 twenties, there were hundreds of chinese restaurants throughout the five boroughs. The cuisine was perfect for the jaz age, a medley of strange tastes, exotic, affordable and probably a little con using to your parents. Chop suey is so jazage that one of edward hopper's most famous paintings, which he created 19 29, is of a chop sue restaurant.
