What Are Incels?

Incels are an online subculture of men who forge a strong sense of identity around a perceived inability to form sexual or romantic relationships. The most notorious example there is Elliot Roger, who wrote a 49-page manifesto talking about his resentment of chads and stasis. Overall worldwide the death count attributable to incel violence is roughly 60; 10 of those deaths can be attributed to one man called Alec Manazian.
