What Is Your Go to Intervention for Pain?

In both instances, i would normally try to see if we can sort of calm the system down and see how severe their adaptations towards pain is. The funny thing is, often thete the movement that creates pain is very, very context specific. And sometimes it's really funny, because then they can do, apparently, exercises that, at least of the same load, but because you load it differently and because it's in a different context, then it doesn't hurt. That could also be a a means of intervention where you actually try to manipulate the e, the threshold and the force rector of the exercise,. Or the context of the exercise, the way of loading the body.
