Are We Going to See More Accidents as AVs Share the Road?

This sounds a little bit like that whole trolley-car scenario that we hear about so much. You know, I don't think there's going to be many situations where you're really choosing between hitting the car and hitting the pedestrian. We'll still see those kinds of crashes. And there might have to be some different kinds of decision-making for the autonomous vehicles to be able to coexist with the other cars that are on the road.
