What Makes Someone a Quote Unquote Artist?

Sally Kohn: I'm curious how moving into this work has led you to reimagine your own idea of yourself as an artist. She says there's been something that's like, how do we reimagine what it is to be an artist when it has such an elitist history? Kohn: It started to become, to me personally, a very spiritual practice. There is something about who gets denied the ability to tap into the spiritual to connect with that as a practice.
