The Lesson Learned From the Self Serve Launch

The company went from a waitlist to opening it up to everybody and going self serve. Cal: "It sounded like a great idea because now the floodgates are open" But right after we launched, they just said, okay, let's maybe not do as many calls anymore. And so that was really painful, but we felt the pain probably three months later.
