I'm so really em this came out of a real life experience. So even in that there was a coupe of times for joshuas like, i don't think you know how to rest. Clearly. Otherwas, it's, it is a discipline. It is, right? And it is something in this day and age, constantly, we're being barraged with our phones, our emal social media, all that. They, you know, ar they, we hear the idea of rest but may we just ont know how to identify when it really is time? And two, maybe don't just don't even know how to go about doing it.
